Nandita Das

Nandita Das is an Indian actress and director born on November 7, 1969 in Delhi, India. She rose to prominence with movie "Fire" (1996) directed by Deepa Mehta, film about female homosexuality and causes reactions in India. She continues her career in English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Marathi, Oriya and Kannada.
