Himalaya Drug Company is an Indian phytopharmaceutical company that produces ayurvedic drugs, personal care products and natural cosmetics. Founded by Mohammed Manal in 1930. Located in Bangalore, India. Exports to more than 90 countries of the world. Himalaya combines the experience of Ayurveda with modern scientific medical methodology.

The Himalaya Research Center is located in Bangalore, with more than 100 qualified scientists and doctors working on a permanent basis. In the countries of the former USSR, the most famous drugs Himalaya are Cystone and Liv.52.

To remove useful bioactive compounds from plant raw materials without chemical solvents, the company uses the technology called Super Critical Fluid Extractional Extraction (SCF). The application of this technology guarantees the absence of chemical residues in the raw materials. Himalaya refuses to use chemical fertilizers and pesticides in any form.
