Children of the Night

The Children of Darkness (original title: Children of the Night) is an American horror film directed by Tony Randel, released in 1991.

Story: Cindy and Lucy are two 18-year-old girls who are about to leave their small town (Allburg) to attend university. To celebrate, they will perform a kind of initiation rite of adulthood, which is to go swimming in the flooded crypt of an abandoned church. While doing this, the cross that Lucy wears around her neck falls off and falls into the water until she reaches a body that lay at the bottom of the water, that of the vampire Czakir, which has the effect of wake.
