Sanju : 2018 Full Movie Story, Characters and Interesting Facts

Sanju is a film written by Abhijeet Joshi and Rajkumar Hirani, also directed by Rajkumar Hirani. It is an Indian biographical film and is jointly produced by Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Actor Ranbir Kapoor played as Sanjay Dutt in the film. Apart from these, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Jim Sarb are also among the main actors. On 29 June 2014, the film was released in theaters.

Sanjay Dutt has acted in three films with Rajkumar Hirani. During the shooting of these films, Sanjay Dutt used to narrate stories related to his life to Hirani. One day Hirani came up with the idea that why not makes a film on an anecdote, because there are many things that people do not know.

Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani has revealed that the film Sanju, based on actor Sanjay Dutt, added an extra part so that the feeling of 'hatred' spread towards him could be changed in sympathy. Hirani said that the initial edited film showed the actor's story as it was and was not liked by the people. He said that in order to create sympathy for his main character, parts were added to the film which were not in it earlier.

He told that after the court's decision came, the part which tried to kill himself was not in the film which was later filmed. It was not in the original script. They think that this will bring some sympathy.

Hirani said that Sanjay Dutt's life story is very big. Anyone can make a complete film on any one incident in their life. According to Hirani, Anurag Kashyap can make Sanju better. He said, 'I was very impressed after watching Anurag Kashyap's film Black Friday. If Anurag had listened to this story, he would have liked the weapon part and he could make a good film.'

Character

Vicky Kaushal has played the role of Kamali i.e. Kamlesh in this film. The character in the film is real-life, but the name has been changed. Actually, this close friend of Sanjay Dutt is named Paresh Geelani. They live in America. He supported Sanjay Dutt in every problem he faced in his life.

The question arises as to who is influenced by Jim's character playing Zubin Mistry in the film. Earlier it was being said that Jim is playing the role of Salman Khan in this film, but after watching the film, it does not seem so at all. Rajkumar Hirani has told that some characters in the film have been made by combining many real life people. Jim's character is something like this. Keeping in mind the time and space, a few different characters were merged and named Zubin.

Many characters have been added for the role of Jim Sarbh. There was a friend of Sanjay Dutt, Sagar Jain, who is mainly focused. It was in the 90s when Sanju and Sagar had a close friendship. However, it is not known whether Sagar pushed him into drugs or not. But have tried to say to the story that friend can become the biggest enemy.

Anushka Sharma, playing the role of Vinny Dice, has real-life character Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi. Both Raju and Abhijat are writers of this film.
