Elite Residence : Super tall Skyscraper in Dubai
Elite Residence is a super high-rise skyscraper in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, by the companies Emaar Properties and Tameer, designed by architect Adnan Saffarini, located in the Dubai Marina area overlooking the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. The building is 380 meters high and has 91 floors, where apart from technical facilities, only apartments are housed.
The construction of the residential complex began in 2006. The construction rate reached six floors per month. Despite the global economic crisis, in January 2012 the building was commissioned. Now there are 697 apartments for 1.5 thousand residents. The complex has both small studios and penthouses with four bedrooms and panoramic views of the Persian Gulf. The Elite Residence Tower combines classic architecture with a modern layout and stylish decoration. It provides uninterrupted communication between the skyscraper and metro stations, concentrated along the main street of Dubai - Sheikh Zayed Highway. To reach the beach, residents need no more than three minutes. But this location has its drawbacks: in addition to the Elite Residence, a few very tall buildings are concentrated in the prestigious area of Dubai Marina. This has caused large traffic jams, which are often complained by locals and tourists.
Elite Residence is a huge residential complex. A separate, 82nd floor is dedicated to a villa with luxurious design and modern appliances. The villa has rooms for servants, a huge fireplace, several balconies and outdoor terraces. A 24-hour food delivery service is available.

It is used for a luxury hotel with five stars. The other 15 include services such as swimming pools, spas, reception areas, health centers, a business center and a gym. Its construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2012. Its structural height is only one meter smaller than the New York Empire State Building (381 meters, but with antenna 443 meters) and is one of the tallest buildings in the Middle East as well as the tallest residential buildings in the world. Owner and builder of the building are Emaar Properties and Tameer, in total, 697 different residential units are housed in the skyscraper. The highest floor is at an altitude of 314 meters. Inside the building are twelve elevators. Below the lobby there are four basement floors which are primarily used for building services in general.
The tower was the third tallest residential building in the world when it was completed on 21 January 2012, becoming the fourth highest after the completion of 432 Park Avenue.
The building has a square floor plan at the bottom and rises in a slender shape. Below the crown, the base of the skyscraper is reduced again before the pointed crown completes the building's decorative appearance. The top only has a metal pole at its highest point. The facade was clad in a beige tone with aluminum and stone, in between is the windows. The structure of the storeys and the foundations are made of reinforced concrete, while the top of the building is also made of steel elements.
The construction started in 2006, in August 2012, all construction work was completed and the tower opened. The final height was reached by the assembly of the crown on 15 August 2011.
The building has 91 layers, one of which is on the ground floor and 86 on the ground floor. Of the 91 layers, 76 are for apartments and the other 15 are for facilities such as:

- Prayer room.
In total, the building contains 695 homes. These homes range from a two-room apartment to a penthouse.
The Elite Residence is designed in post-modern style, a blend of Victorian architecture with a modern layout. Construction was completed in 2012. The tower is the third highest residential tower in the world.
It is the 23rd tallest building in Asia and the 30th tallest in the world, as well as the fourth tallest residential building in the world. The construction of the skyscraper was carried out by the emirate construction company Tamir Holding.
